About Tulip

Tulip is an open-source agent framework maintained by The Tulip Authors. Current maintainers and contributors are visible in the repository's Git history and release activity; the project does not claim organizational endorsement from model or integration vendors.

Project history

Tulip began as a fork of an earlier UPL-1.0 project. The inherited portions remain under that license; subsequent Tulip contributions are Apache-2.0. The repository NOTICE records attribution. “Maintained independently” describes the current project; it does not mean every historical line originated with the current maintainers.
